ABOUT THE PROJECT
- Beauty store in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
- Major structural re-enforcements done to stabilize building and lower entire existing structural slab to meet ADA requirements with new entrance to meet existing sidewalk. This included full structural MOP for shoring of the entire building, removal and install of new structural steel throughout as well as demoing existing slab and pouring new slab.
- Once structural renovations were completed and based on the great work completed, the new tenant hired us to complete their full store build out.

- Amazing new interactive toy store on 5th Avenue which open prior to Christmas 2018.
- Lead a team to build out this 10,000 sq. ft. store in 5 weeks. Original schedule was 8 weeks but due to permit delays due to landmarks, we were left with a 5 week schedule to complete so the store could open before Christmas.
