2 new fuel oil generator systems installed, implemented and fully signed off with FDNY to the valuation of $10 Million.
24 bathrooms built out through 6 separate floors on a phased schedule to maintain bathrooms for existing tenants and ensuring entire space.
4 full floors built out in phases with occupied spaces throughout while ensuring full activities for the tenants are maintained throughout construction.
I planned out each phase meticulously to maintain active spaces to ensure all government activities are not interrupted while keeping the construction schedule on track and within budget.
