- Amazing new interactive toy store on 5th Avenue which opened prior to Christmas 2018.
- Led a team to build out this 10,000 sq. ft. store in 5 weeks. Original schedule was 8 weeks but due to permit delays caused by landmarks, we were left with a 5 week schedule to complete so the store could open before Christmas.
